Did all above-mentioned activities and now am focussed on tasks, corporate-ishtyle. I was accommodated at this fantastic guest house off Airport Road on 8th and 9th and have now shifted to Sunil's (he's my cousin) place in Doddanekundi, a place near Marthahalli. I'm getting fleeced by autos, so I thought I'd stay as close as possible.

I reached Bombay on 5th night and stayed over at Deepu's. Woke up on Sunday and went over to Worli Sea Face where the firm has its Training Center on the promenade. The induction program was awesome, with private screening of a SUPER (watch it!) movie, followed by bowling and dinner disco at the Bowling Company (Lower Parel) booked for interns on Sunday night. Had a lot of fun after a long time!

Sessions on Monday were great, where we got black T-shirts with all the interns' names and even business cards, with email addresses! MindTree took months to get them ready. They gave us laptops too, to use over the course of the internship. I have a Compaq Presario V6000. Breakfast and lunch were yummy. The three of us (IT interns) flew Jet to Bangalore at night. The others went directly to their PG acco, so I got to enjoy two nights all alone in the Castle where I was put up. Slept like a king, ate like a king.

I might have to spend a few days in Mumbai next week, because the project requires it. Hope to be able to get some convenient acco here after I return. Ah well, it's 9 30 now, so it's time to start work. TGIF, so that I can wear casuals. The formals totally suck the life out of me on weekdays. More frequent updates are forthcoming. Especially now that I have more time.
